Quaglino’s Autumn Guest Chef Line-Up wraps up on  Friday 1 November, with Crystelle Pereira stepping into the spotlight to present a one-night-only,  Italian-inspired fusion menu.

Crystelle’s three-course menu reimagines traditional Italian dishes with global influences. It begins with a Spring Onion & Sesame Focaccia served with Chilli Oil – inspired by  Chinese scallion pancakes. Next, her Burrata Chaat pairs creamy burrata with tamarind and coriander chutneys, red onions, pomegranate and crispy sev. The main dish, a Crispy Gnocchi Bake features a Gochujang & Kimchi Ragu for a fiery fusion. To finish, a rich Caramelised White Chocolate & Hazelnut Tiramisu offers a playful spin on the classic.  The menu is priced at £65 per head. 

Crystelle has not only curated the exclusive menu but will also dine with guests in the restaurant on the night. The menu is £65 for three courses, and bookings for 2+ can be made here
