Mayfair dining destination, Quaglino’s, is welcoming celebrated chef and TV personality, Matt Tebbutt as the next guest in the Chef Series with a one-night-only menu. 

On Thursday 17th April, Matt will join the celebrations at Quaglino’s as guests explore the three-course menu created alongside Executive Chef Jack Smith. It will be a menu inspired by hearty British cuisine, celebrating the arrival of spring with rich, seasonal ingredients.

To start, Chalk Stream Trout, cured with Cygnet 22 Gin, its richness complemented by a vibrant, crisp fennel and cucumber salad and sharp heat of a zingy green peppercorn, citrus and shallot dressing.  

The main course is a Rack of lamb served with a creamy Savoyarde potato, wild mushroom persillade and a rich Bordelaise sauce.  

To finish – Warm gingerbread with toffee sauce, poached apricots, and burnt almond cream.

The evening’s entertainment will feature Martin John and his five-piece band. Often referred to as one of the UK’s finest jazz and swing vocalists, Martin sings the Great American Songbook, performing live from 7pm to 10.30pm. 

Cygnet 22 Gin founded by Katherine Jenkins OBE will be in the the starter. Guests can enjoy a complimentary Cygnet 22 on the rocks, adding a further special touch to the evening.:
