This Saturday, 26th August, Sabine Rooftop bar is having Summer White Party in collaboration with Champagne Pommery.
Expect a lively DJ set in celebration of summer combined with the Sabine’s iconic panoramic rooftop view over the city and St Paul’s Cathedral.
Sabine is a garden sanctuary within urban surroundings with an open-air summer terrace, the perfect setting for any occasion with a glass of Champagne Pommery and the views.
With a lavish history of Champagne Craftmanship going back to 1836, Champagne Pommery is the cuvée of choice for discerning individuals. It is perfectly suited for a Summer party with citrus and white fruit notes.
All guests who arrive dressed in white will be treated to a complimentary glass of Pommery’s Blanc de Blanc. A magnum of Pommery will also be given to a lucky competition winner.
Sabine will offer at the White Party a sophisticated sharing menu for sit-down dining, with a fresh fayre of light bites well suited to the British summer.
To start with, the British and Continental Charcuterie provides an array of flavours with Pickles and sundried tomato, mustard, cultured butter and sourdough bread.
There are also the ‘Tostados with pulled lamb’, chipotle, guacamole, pico de gallo or for a vegan twist with BBQ jackfruit instead.
‘The Tandoori Prawn Skewer’ is a natural eruption of flavours with an Asian slaw and mint chutney. Another crowd-pleaser is the ‘Mac N Cheese Bon Bons’ served with truffle mayo the perfect canapes-esque dish to enjoy while listening to Summer beats.
For those looking for plant-based offerings, to enjoy are the Shitake Mushroom Gyoza with mushroom tea and picked radish and refreshing ‘Apple and fennel salad’.
A DJ will curate the best Summer sounds enveloping guests in a musical odyssey, transporting them from London to the shores of the Mediterranean and sunnier climbs.
