Experience classic French cuisine accompanied by stunning Alsace wines at a lunch hosted by wine writer Andrew Jefford at Boundary restaurant on Saturday 26th March.
Since it opened in January 2009, Boundary has gained a first-class reputation for up-to-the-minute seasonal menus, attentive service and stylish design. Chef Ian Wood sources the best quality ingredients and concentrates on bringing out their natural flavours in dishes that are often noted for their simplicity. For this event, Ian has put together a traditional Alsatian menu which will be perfectly complemented by the wines of the region, specially chosen by writer Andrew Jefford together with Thierry Fritsch of Vins d’Alsace, who will co-host. The line-up will include aromatic Muscat, sublime Pinot Gris, minerally Riesling, and exotic fruit- and ginger-spiced Gewurztraminer.
Tickets cost £75 and include a four-course lunch with wines, water, coffee and service. Guests are asked to arrive at 12.30pm for dining at 1pm.
