Yauatcha City is brightening up London City this winter with a colourful reimagining of a Chinese teahouse brunch, Infinite Yum Cha.
Priced at £45 per person, the brunch features endless steamed, fried and baked dim sum and baos and it’s served every Saturday, 12-6pm
Each brunch begins with the Tales of Negroni cocktail, made with Tanqueray No. TEN, tea infusion, Campari, Antica Formula, plum wine, coconut and popcorn, available in both alcoholic and zero-proof versions. Guests can upgrade to selected wine or sparkling options that have been chosen to complement every bite.
The brunch menu is a celebration of Cantonese dim sum featuring; a trio of steamed dim sum, succulent Pork and Prawn Shui Mai, Har Gau, and Seafood Black Truffle. Followed by a fried and baked dim sum selection, highlights include the much-loved Venison Puff and Edamame Puff, along with the sticky and sweet Char Siu Bao and Pan-Fried Classic Vegetarian Bao.
For the main course, choose from tender Stir-Fried Rib Eye Beef, Stir-Fried Scallop and Prawn, or the Sweet and Spicy Chilean Sea Bass Curry. Each main dish is accompanied by a choice of egg fried rice or jasmine rice. For something sweet, the Soufflé Pancake is the dessert of choice, offering a light and fluffy ending to the brunch.
Launching alongside Yauatcha’s Negroni Winter Terrace and created in partnership with Tanqueray No. TEN and Campari, this brunch brings a bright, and playful energy to Yauatcha City’s, overlooking Broadgate Circle.
