Sweet - Tuna Foie Gras Sushi 
This sophisticated sushi pairs the tender texture of tuna 
with the creamy richness of seared foie gras. 
A caramelised teriyaki sauce wraps everything in a delightful sweetness, 
while toasted sesame seeds add a satisfying crunch.

Salty - Salmon Tulip 
A true celebration of salty flavours, this salmon tartare is seasoned with 
soy sauce and enriched with toasted sesame oil, unveiling a vibrant richness.  
The addition of crunchy cucumber and briny trout eggs extends this symphony of marine tastes.

Umami - Shiitake Maki
The preserved shiitake mushrooms add deep, woody aromas, enhanced by the zest of marinated ginger.

Spicy - Chipolte Chicken Roll
