Known for their traditional approach to Italian cooking and use of local fine ingredients, Officina 00 have curated a five-course meal to make hearts flutter this Valentine’s Day.
The menu begins with fritti; fried tortellini with baby prawns and zucchini, followed by Sicilian tuna ceviche with blood orange, crispy shallots and chives.
For mains, it’s a rich and tangy rose raviolo with burrata, lemon and oregano or flavourful ink tagliatelle with Mazzara prawns, ginger, chilli and parsley.

The restaurant, located in the old British Linen Bank building, is offering an exclusive and indulgent three-course menu that will only run 14th and 15th February.

For a romantic date night, the menu features extravagant twists on classics including a Venison Tartare with Red Wine Cherry Sauce to start followed by a Red Cabbage Pickled Octopus or Artichoke Risotto.
