Starting today and running until September, the collaboration will feature a menu of wines and signature cocktails served alongside a new seasonal menu by 108 Brasserie Head Chef, Simon Conboy
108 Brasserie at The Marylebone Hotel is celebrating the arrival of summer with the launch of ‘Vin et Amis’, an all-new Provence-inspired partnership with award-winning wine estate, Mirabeau.
Hidden amongst the cobbled streets of Marylebone Village, the terrace at 108 Brasserie will transport guests to the alfresco dining lifestyle of the Cote d’Azur. Over chilled glasses of rosé and Provence-inspired plates, friends are invited to spend long summer evenings, enjoying traditional aperitivo and sipping cold rosé whilst soaking up the village atmosphere on Marylebone Lane.
For those looking for refreshment, the award-winning wines of Mirabeau are available by magnum, bottle and glass. A tasting flight of premium wines is also available, priced at £25; this includes three of the Maison’s premium cuveés, the Mirabeau Sparkling Rosé ‘La Folie’, the Rosé ‘Pure’ and the most recent edition of their signature cuvée, ‘Etoile’.
Inspired by languid days on the Côte d’Azur, the menu takes guests on a journey through the region, whilst highlighting seasonal classic dishes designed to pair with Mirabeau’s premier cuveés. The seasonal menu comprises vibrant dishes showcasing refined flavours to compliment the tasting notes of the award-winning wines from the Maison Mirabeau stable.
The French Riviera rendezvous invites guests to graze on plates of marinated Petit Lucques olives; Hazelnut saucisson & cornichons; Ficelle with sundried tomato tapenade & Espelette pepper; and Pissaladière, a light tart originating from Southern France made in two varieties: Anchovy, Nicoise olive & caramelised onion, as well as Goats cheese, confit tomato & herbs de Provence.
The collaboration will also feature a special Bastille Day supper club event. Hosted on 11th July, the dinner (priced at £70pp) will invite guests for a special one-off soirée. The supper club will feature signature Provençal dishes, accompanied by a glass of Mirabeau Sparkling Rosé.
