Situated on the corner of Old Brompton Road, the iconic Victorian building formerly know as the Coleherene pub, has been transformed into an informal gastro pub that offers quality food and drink in an opulent setting with a traditional twist.

Dark wood floors and balustrades and big print wallpaper are all enhanced with touches of elegance – a stunning crystal chandelier takes centrestage on the first floor and a sleek food service area compliments the traditional bar counter.

‘The emphasis is on fresh food and a friendly relaxed style of service”, said Nick Pring, Founding Partner of Real Pubs Limited. ‘We wanted to create a haven where customers can enjoy a hand pulled ale and a freshly prepared meal in a warm homely environment”.

The dedicated dining area at the rear of the pub give views to the team of highly skilled chefs, who can be seen preparing and cooking signature dishes such as such as seared scallops with pea & parma ham risotto, medallion of pork belly, portobello mushroom, spinach and mash or apple tart tatin with cinnamon ice cream.

The first floor gives the feel of a decadent sitting room in a stately home – striking wallpaper, huge comfy leather sofas and more dazzling chandeliers – the perfect backdrop for functions of up to approximately 100 people.

The new pub will be welcoming customers everyday from 12.00pm. Food will be served everyday between 12-3.30pm and 6-10.30pm and all day on Saturday and Sundays.
