Introducing VU from The Tower, a brand-new dining and drinks destination proudly sitting on the upper foyer level of The Tower Hotel.

Recently opened on the 1st August, VU the new Bar & Kitchen pairs dining and cocktails with a truly panoramic experience of London’s iconic skyline and waterways. 

In celebration of VU from The Tower’s launch, throughout the full month of August, every evening when the sun drops over the River Thames, there will be an instant ‘Golden Happy Hour’ where drinks are 2 for 1 for the full following hour.

From 6PM-7PM, guests can sip on a Signature Cocktail such as Bourbon VU or Gold Rush at 2 for 1, whilst taking in the stunning sunset over the River Thames.

Bottomless brunches are also available for £55 per person with 1 small plate and 1 main plus 90 minutes of bottomless Presecco, draught Mahou lager, house red, white or rose wine.

Bottomless brunch favourites include smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict and a savoury waffle stack with crispy streaky bacon,

Come sunset, VU from The Tower is a great setting for quality, hand-crafted cocktails and dining, focusing on the fresh and innovative ingredients.

Highlights from the à la carte menu include steak frites, baked salmon supreme, whilst the curated cocktail list features the likes of Pornstar Martinis and Whisky Sour. 

VU also offers Afternoon Tea featuring the classical figure sandwiches and an assortment of Battenberg cake, lemon meringue pie, pistachio bombe and macarons. Afternoon Tea is available everyday from 1-4pm.
