The Hummingbird Bakery, America’s baking sweetheart, is celebrating two decades of sweet success with c upcake flavoured soft-serve ice cream, is whipping 2024 is being whipped into a frosted fiesta.
There will be a parade of US inspired treats, like cupcakes, layer cakes and whoopie pies, led by the masters of indulgence.
The celebratory range includes giant versions of iconic cupcakes, and a candy-coated birthday carnival crammed with new limited edition bakes (and the revival of some old flavour favourites) as well as exclusive giveaways with luxury brands all year-long.
The Hummingbird Bakery’s 20th Birthday Carnival is in their Soho store now until Sunday July 7 with limited edition carnival cakes, giant cupcakes, Cotton Candy, and even an old-school Zoltar machine.
Free to try with the purchase of any bake, this Zoltar machine will be telling fortunes, or gifting items from The Hummingbird Bakery’s menu.
New carnival themed cupcakes ready for purchase include Coke Float, Candy Apple, American Brunch, Popcorn, and more.
Also on offer for a limited time are Ice Cream Floats and cupcakes on a stick, swirled with a fluffy cloud of cotton candy. Making a return from The Hummingbird Bakery vault for a limited time is the much-loved Raspberry Cheesecake Brownie.
Giant in Flavour, Giant in Size: New Giant Cupcake Cakes
The Hummingbird Bakery will unveil The Giant Vanilla Pinata Cupcake, and The Giant Red Velvet Cupcake for those who just can’t get enough of their iconic bakes.
The Giant Vanilla Pinata Cupcake is a supersized version of the fluffy vanilla sponge fans know and love, topped with Vanilla buttercream. The Giant Red Velvet Cupcake is a deep red vanilla cake with a light taste of chocolate, topped with cream cheese frosting. These will be giant in flavour, and in size.
The Hummingbird Bakery currently has six branches in London – Victoria, St John’s Wood, Notting Hill, South Kensington, Spitalfields and Soho.
