From Friday 24th February, Street Food favourites Burger & Beyond and Other Side Fried will be teaming up to bring a limited edition collaborative menu.
Taking residency for the next three months at newly opened Dirty Harry’s Soho the collaboration will give fans a chance to sample these two traders together for the very first time.
The menu is made up of a selection of burgers and sides including popular classics, as well as some never-seen-before specials. The Burger & Beyond team will be bringing along three of their famous burgers, including the Cheese Burger with 45-day aged beef patty, double American cheese, pickled onion and smokey mayo (single £8, double £11); the Hot Mess with 45 day aged beef patty, pepper jack cheese, jalapenos and chipotle mayo (single £8, double £11); and the crowd favourite The Cliff with 90-day aged beef patty, Monterey Jack cheese, pancetta bacon and tarragon mayo (single £10, double £12). Other Side Fried bring their renowned fried chicken burgers to the table including the Buffalo with fried chicken, hot sauce, ranch sauce, pickles and lettuce (£8); and the Honey Butter burger with fried chicken, smoked honey butter, bacon, pickle and lettuce (£9).
In addition, the real star of the show comes in the form of the Beyond the Other Side burger AKA The Hefner as it is now referred to on social media. Combining their expertise into one exclusive dish, Burger & Beyond and Other Side Fried will launch this collaborative burger, made from a 45-day aged beef patty, Southern fried chicken skin, smoked honey butter, pancetta bacon, lettuce, pickles and tarragon mayo priced at £12.
The menu also includes sides such as fried chicken strips with cocoa & chilli salt, maple (£6); smoked mash, chicken gravy, crispy onion (£4.5); loaded waffle fries (£6); and Cajun waffle fries (£3.5).
