30 Euston Square’s new menus
Executive Head Chef Daniel Broughton has created bespoke menus catering to every guest’s needs including dairy and gluten free options, and a plant-based menu with a range of health benefits. Using refreshing flavours and seasonal ingredients such as Goji berries, coconut soya yogurt and pumpkin seeds, the 30 Euston Square team has created lighter options for the day time, including home-made smoothies, granola, pick-me-up power shots and low-fat yoghurts for a healthier snack selection.
From sweet potato patties with roast bell peppers and panko crusted avocado, to Smoked John Ross Junior salmon with fennel and Granny Smith apple slaw, delegates can enjoy sublimely fresh, healthful snack and break items.
For more indulgent private dining, expect sustainably sourced British dishes such as Celtic sea cod with crab crushed Jersey Royals, Roasted rump of Welsh hogget or a vegetarian option of Spinach & ricotta tortellini chard & Wye Valley asparagus. The wines to accompany have been hand-selected including champagne and English sparkling to make any occasion flow.
Those returning home can take advantage of the venue’s location just minutes from two night tubes at Euston, while anyone wanting to stay the night can book one of the 41 four-star styled bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities and breakfast inclusive.
