The dessert will debut at Taste of London (13th to 17th June) and will then be sold from a Yauatcha bike stationed outside Yauatcha City in Broadgate Circle, available from 18th June all summer long.
Created by Hakkasan Group’s Executive Pastry Chef Daniel Pearse and his team, there are six ice cream macarons in the limited edition collection. Taking inspiration from Yauatcha’s heritage as a modern interpretation of a Chinese dim sum teahouse, traditional Asian flavours such as soy, matcha, yuzu and lychee have been infused in the new macarons and homemade ice cream.
Guests can choose between Chocolate and Soy Caramel, Matcha and Yuzu, Coconut and Lime and Raspberry and Lychee. As a nod to Yauatcha’s extensive assortment of over 20 varieties of tea, the collection is completed with a fragrant Earl Grey and Bergamot macaron.
The macarons will be unveiled at Taste of London (13th to 17th June) and will then be available throughout the summer from the Yauatcha bike in Broadgate Circle.
