Jeff Galvin has created a fantastic Summer Menu at Michelin-starred Galvin La Chapelle for only £38.50pp
The five-course tasting menu includes dishes such as Lasagne of Dorset crab with beurre Nantais and Buttermilk panna cotta, strawberries, chocolate crumb & basil. Also on offer is a vegetarian five-course tasting menu with such dishes as Salad of Heritage tomatoes & black olives and Risotto of Spring vegetables & soft herb salsa.
And a vegan five-course tasting menu with such dishes as Charentais melon with fresh almonds & mint and Quinoa, with stuffed courgette flower, smoked sundried tomatoes, courgette & basil purée.
Next door, Galvin HOP is offering a Taste of Summer Menu created by Group Executive Head Chef Zac Whittle.
For only £25pp, guests can enjoy 4 plates including such dishes as Chilled cumber soup and Lamb steak on the bone with peas, goat’s curd & Jersey Royals.
