The bookl showcases the in-depth knowledge of wines of 67 Pall Mall’s Head of Wine Ronan Sayburn (also CEO of The Court of Master Sommeliers Europe and previously at Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saisons, Hotel du Vin, The Gordon Ramsay Group and The Dorchester Collection), alongside perfectly matched recipes from the clubs Executive Chef Marcus Verberne (previously Executive Chef at Brown’s Hotel and Roast Restaurant).
The book includes both a comprehensive study of the world’s great wines plus 100 sumptuous recipes across Sea and River; Land; Garden and Sweet.
The book is designed for the “vin-curious” beginner though to the wine connoisseur and is a user friendly guide to learning about every step of both drinking and pairing wines with a plethora of wonderful dishes.
