From October 17th, Il Borro Tuscan Bistro will invite diners to indulge in a limited edition menu – with each dish showcasing the luxurious and highly sought-after treasure that is the white truffle. 

Guests will enjoy starters including carpaccio di manzo e tartufo bianco: thin slices of beef tenderloin dressed with Il Borro’s extra virgin olive oil from its Tuscan estate, and finished with freshly grated slices of white truffle and comforting plates of decadent tagliolini al tartufo bianco – ribbons of tagliolini served in an opulent butter sauce enriched with white truffle.

Those looking to elevate their meal will enjoy the grand pizza al tartufo bianco, a thin base baked in the restaurant’s in-house pizza oven topped with creamy buffalo mozzarella PDO, and white truffle.

True truffle aficionados can add additional shavings of white truffle to each dish, priced at £22 per gram.
