Located at the InterContinental Park Lane, Theo’s on the Terrace at Number One Park Lane is now open for the summer, in collaboration with Campari.
Specialising in authentic Italian aperitivo, it’s a menu of seasonal antipasti and sharing plates, along with Sicilian-style pizza and pasta, plus plenty of Negronis and Aperol.
Set underneath lemon trees, the space has been transformed with blue, white and red cushioned seating, marble-topped tables and splashes of foliage, all inspired by the Italian riviera.
There’s a selection of antipasti. Choose from bites of Arancini, Bruschetta, Pasta Frollo and Focaccia with Datterini tomatoes, burrata and prosciutto di Parma. Best enjoyed with classic Italian cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Americano and Negroni, alongside the limited-edition No.1 Park Lane Boulevardier, crafted with Wild Turkey Rare Breed, Campari and sweet vermouth.
Plus, those dining from 5.30pm-7pm can enjoy the ‘Aperitivo Hours’, with a choice of two cocktails and selection of antipasti for two people for £40.
Dishes are inspired by Theo Randall’s Italian travels, running from Sicilian-style pizzas to sharing plates of Baked King Prawns on sourdough, Meatballs with chopped Burrata, Poached Lobster Salad or Pollo Fritto – Venetian-style fried chicken with saffron aioli.
Finish with a classic Affogato with a shot of chilled espresso, Pear & Almond Tart or Chocolate and Hazelnut
