As the tradition goes Bird & Blend Tea has created limited edition teas to celebrate Pancake Day on the 13th of February.

There are some favourites returning from last year as well as some new tea additions to the Bird & Blend Tea Co stores and online.

Such as Maple Bacon Pancakes, available in loose leaf from £7.15.  It just works, the perfect pairing.  A blend of sweet vanilla rooibos with smoke lapsang and a hint of spicy chipotle…perfectly hits the tea sweetspot. Despite the name it’s vegan friendly too.

Another interesting and classy pancake flavour is Lemugar Pancakes, available in loose leaf from £7.15. Lemon + Sugar = Lemugar Pancakes! The classic Pancake Day topping staple in a tasty Rooibos tea blend with coconut nectar sugar, fermented and normal lemon peel.

Then there is Strawberry & Nutella Pancakes Tea, available in teabags or loose leaf from £6.70. Aromatic and sweet with freeze dried strawberries and cocoa nibs and shells with Sri Lankan black tea as a base.

Last but not least also a berry addition is Blueberry Pancakes Tea, available in loose leaf from £6.70. It’s a fruity Rooibos blend that’s tastes just like maple syrup and oozing blueberries tumbling down warm & crispy pancakes. The tea comes packed with freeze dried blueberries, apple pieces and blackcurrant leaves.
