Festive Set Lunch Menu
Celebrate the festive season with CORD’s Festive Set Lunch, priced at £50 per person and including a complimentary glass of bubbles. This three-course menu showcases seasonal flavours, with highlights such as Ham Hock Terrine, mulled wine, mustard, and lovage, and Confit Black Leg Chicken served with parsnip, sprouts, leek, and cranberries. To finish, guests can indulge in a creative take on the classic Black Forest dessert, with Kirsch mousse, white chocolate, and Amarena cherries. Vegetarian options are available on request, ensuring every guest enjoys a great dining experience.
Festive Group Menu
Now available for group bookings throughout November and December, CORD’s Festive Group Menu features a range of seasonal dishes. Begin with the delicate Rainbow Trout Tartare with cucumber, finger lime, sweet mustard, and dill for a fresh and flavourful start. Followed by Pumpkin Agnolotti with chestnut, hay, sage, and pine. For the main course, choose between the hearty Turkey Wellington with parsnip, cranberry, flower sprouts, and Madeira jus, or the tender Poached Cornish Cod with Yuzu Beurre Blanc, samphire, fennel, and pearl barley. To conclude the meal, guests can choose between the Black Forest or opt for a cheese course of Saint-Marcellin with truffle honey, Granny Smith apple, and celery. Presented as a three or four course experience, for groups of seven or more, from £78 per person.
A La Carte Seasonal Delights
In addition to the festive set menus, CORD’s à la carte menu includes seasonal dishes such as Lobster and Sea Urchin Raviolo with quince and a spiced shellfish broth, and Highland Venison En Croute served with cabbage, bacon, morel, and pear. Dessert highlights include a rich Hazelnut Soufflé with orange and cinnamon and 70% Guanaja Chocolate Delice served with caramel sorbet, spiced hazelnuts and touch of gold.
