Iconic steak restaurant Gaucho Tower Bridge is back with brand new interior.

Gaucho has reopened its doors after an extensive transformation inspired by the timeliness elegance of the Argentine Ambassador’s Residence.

The newly redesigned Gaucho offers 210 covers, a decadent new interior and updated menu that embodies the brand’s roots.

There are two floors of dining with all seats boasting Tower Bridge views, alongside two private dining rooms and a bar serving Gaucho’s cocktails.

Drawing inspiration from the opulent interiors of the Argentine Ambassador’s Residence, the space blends Buenos Aires city life with contemporary design elements.

Highlights of the redesign include:

  • Elegant Bar: A statement cocktail bar offering a refined space to enjoy Gaucho’s innovative cocktail menu, perfect for pre-dinner aperitifs or a late-night tipple.
  • Private Dining Excellence: Redesigned private dining rooms for bespoke celebrations and events.
  • Panoramic Floor-to-Ceiling Windows: Every guest can enjoy incredible vistas of Tower Bridge.

Led by JCA, the redesign channels the sophistication of the Argentine Ambassador’s Residence, seamlessly merging stylish interiors with rich heritage. This project reflects Gaucho’s commitment to celebrating its Argentine roots while creating immersive dining experiences for its guests.
