Discreetly nestled amongst Wyboston Lakes’ 350 acres of picturesque countryside, The Waterfront Restaurant is celebrating Mother’s Day with a spring-time celebratory lunch, specially designed to spoil mums and their ‘foodie following” on Sunday 22nd March.
To enter into the spirit of the new season, award-winning executive chef, Fergus Martin has created an exquisite three-course menu inspired by the delicate flavours and fresh hues of spring. With a choice of succulent roasted meats, pan fired black bream or wild mushroom and pinenut bastila, not forgetting the special pudding buffet, groaning with its mouth-watering treats, there is something for every loving mother!
To add a relaxing tone to the celebration, the cool sounds of a live jazz band trio will reverberate around The Waterfront. Additionally, a polished service, complemented with the restaurant’s peaceful surroundings, is sure to relieve the inevitable stresses and strains of motherhood.
Alasdair Swan, general manager of the Waterfront Restaurant said: ‘Mother’s Day should be all about relaxing, indulgence and thoughtful attention. We certainly fit the bill by offering great food in a tranquil scenic lakeside setting. All our celebratory diners receive lots of care and attention and to make it even more special, mums will leave the occasion with a gift as a memento of the day.”
Mothering Sunday Celebratory lunch is priced at £26.95 per person for adults, £14.95 for under 10s and is free for the under 5s. Places will be limited, so to reserve a table, please call Laura on 01480 212625 or email [email protected].
